  • Assistant Superintendent for Elementary

    Dr. Garth J. McKinney announces the Nashua Board of Education voted recently to approve his recommendation to hire Kimberly Sarfde as the new Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Schools. Dr. Sarfde arrives in her new position in Nashua Monday, July 19, 2021.

    Kimberly Sarfde is the former Principal at Mont Vernon Village School, Mont Vernon and she previously served as the K-12 Curriculum Coordinator at SAU 4, Bristol from 2017 to 2020. Before arriving to work in New Hampshire schools, Dr. Sarfde served as the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Lawrence, Massachusetts Public Schools and taught at several schools in the Haverhill, Massachusetts Public Schools. During her 16-year tenure in Haverhill, she worked as a subsitute teacher, an ELA teacher, ESL teacher, and literacy coach.
