The Nashua Prevention Coalition is administering a non-academic, anonymous survey focused on health behaviors of seventh and eighth graders. The survey is based largely on a national survey that was developed by the CDC. Specifically, the survey asks questions about screen time and sleep, stress and mental wellness, online and in-person bullying, and tobacco, alcohol, and other drug perceptions of risk and use.

If you are interested in viewing a copy of the survey, in either English, Portuguese, or Spanish, you may view a copy of the survey at your child's school.  In order to protect the efficacy of the survey, it will not be posted online. However, please know that you may review the survey in person in the main office at your child's school, but no pictures may be taken of the survey.  The survey will be available for you to view through this Friday March 25, 2022. Thank you.
