To help the District meet its educational goals, the Business Services Department remains committed to being fiscally responsible and to adhering to sound accounting practices to ensure maximum resources reach our classrooms to support student learning.
Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Donovan, oversees the work of the Business Services Department and is responsible for maintaining District accounts according to the local and state statutes and standards. Mr. Donovan administers a $146 million annual operating budget. He and his staff also play a key role in creating and implementing long-range and strategic financial plans for our schools. In addition, Mr. Donovan oversees Transportation, Food Services, Plant Operations, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, Facilities, and the Masse School Administration Reception Services.
