        NURSE NEWS

Attention Parents of the 6 grade class:

In a few days – if your student has not gotten or turned in documentation of received Tdap vaccine, you will be receiving an email to remind you that this is a NH State Immunization requirement to enter 7TH grade. This vaccine is usually given at their 11 year physical exam. If you have an appt date that would be wonderful for the nurse to have so we know that the vaccine will be coming.

Please note that your student will be not be able to enter the 7 grade year without this vital documentation. If you have any question please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Lopez, RN, BSN at carrascoj@nashua.edu – Thank you to all those parents who have sent in this documentation last semester
