A budget for some new furniture has been included in the project. It is unlikely that all spaces will receive new furniture, but some spaces may. An inventory of furniture conditions will be done and assessed during the fit-up of the building. The furniture budget is a percentage of the construction costs. It is not the intent to get rid of any existing good furniture.
