Flu Vaccine and Immunization Clinics

The Nashua School District is partnering with the City of Nashua Division of Public Health and Community Services who, in turn, is working with St. Joseph Hospital, to host seasonal flu vaccine and immunization clinics, starting this week for the foreseeable future, at Elm Street Middle School. The walk-up clinics are taking place Tuesday afternoons, 3-6 pm and Friday mornings, 10 am to noon at the front of the school on Elm Street.

All students and all staff and their family members are eligible to have a flu shot at the clinic at no cost.

If convenient, adults seeking a flu vaccine can download, complete, and bring with them the attached form to the clinic to save a few minutes of time; bringing a completed form is not necessary but would be helpful to avoid having to complete on site. A completed form is not needed for children.
