Gateway to Opportunity

We are proud to introduce the Nashua School District’s new Strategic Improvement Plan, a five-year roadmap that will guide our collective efforts to strengthen our systems and expand opportunities for all students.

This work represents the voices, values, and aspirations of our community. Over the course of three summer months, more than 30 dedicated committee members—representing students, families, educators, school leaders, and community partners—came together to engage in thoughtful dialogue, courageous reflection, and shared problem-solving. Their commitment, insight, and expertise laid the foundation for this plan.
