NSD Operating Budget

The Nashua Board of Education Budget Committee initiated its budget development process on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.  Superintendent Andrade and Chief Operating Office Krystal De Gray presented a recommended operating budget for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. 

On Monday, March 9, 2026, a public hearing for comment on the proposed operating budget will be held at 6:00 pm at Nashua High School North (Board Room). 

The BOE Budget Committee will reconvene on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 6:00 pm for budget review and approval before sending it to the Board of Alderman.  

Mayor James Donchess issued budget guidelines in December 2025 for each division in the City of Nashua, including the Nashua School District. Please click here to read his memorandum, asking all divisions to adhere to a 3% increase in operating budget requests.
