Enrollment & Registration

• Online Registrations are completed through our student management system, which is called Aspen.  
• If you are new to the district, you will need to create an account with a valid email address to access the online registration. Directions on how to create a portal can be found below. 
• If you already have children in the district, you will be able to log into your current account to complete the registration. If you are having trouble logging in to your portal account, please contact your neighborhood school.
• Once your registration is started, you may save your registration and finish it at a later time, if needed.
• The registration cannot be completed on your cell phone.
• Please select the 2026-2027 school year when completing registrations for next school year.
• Unfortunately, the system doesn't allow the school year to be changed once the family has submitted the registration. Therefore, any registrations submitted for the incorrect year, will be returned to the family. The family will need to delete the registration and submit a new registration with the correct school year.  
• Families who complete the registration online and provide required documents do not need to make an appointment at the Welcome Center. 
• Please be sure to select your neighborhood school from the drop-down menu, as illustrated below.

• New this year! All registrations will be first sent to the Welcome Center for processing and verification. The Welcome Center is located at 17 Birch HIll Dr. This selection does not impact the school that your child will attend. 

• Once submitted, an Enrollment Specialist will review the registration and will reach out.

First Time Registration: Creating a Portal Account

For families new to Nashua School District, directions on how to create a parent portal account can be found below. While portal accounts can be created on computer, or cell phones, the registration can only be completed on a computer.

Returning Families: How To Register on the Portal

For NSD Families who already have parent portal accounts, please follow the directions below to register your child/student.
