Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment (OE) is now open for the Nashua School District employees on our new benefits website. Remember, OE is the only time of year you can enroll in and/or make changes to your benefit elections outside of a qualifying life event.

Your health can change over time, so we encourage you to review your health care needs and elect plans that work best for you and your family.

Between now and May 11th

  • Log into Benefitplace™ at https://myapps.microsoft.com
    • If prompted, log into your Microsoft Account. Login is your e-mail address and Windows password.
    • Select the Benefitplace application.
    • You can also download the app using our company ID: CityofNashua
  • Determine your upcoming health care needs and review your plan options.
  • Make sure your profile, dependents, beneficiaries, plan options, and more are correct in the new system under “Profile.”
  • Choose the coverage that works best for you and your family in the coming year. Select “Begin Enrollment” from your home page.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) participants: If you are currently enrolled in the Health Care or Dependent Care FSA and want to continue participation starting July 1, 2026, you must re-enroll in the plan.

If you don’t make changes to your benefits
After this Open Enrollment period, if you experience a qualifying life event, like getting married, divorced or having a baby, you will use Benefitplace to make your changes.
