To help the District meet its educational goals, the Business Services Department remains committed to being fiscally responsible and adhering to sound accounting practices to ensure maximum resources reach our classrooms to support student learning.
Chief Operating Officer Krystal De Gray oversees the work of the Business Services Department and is responsible for maintaining district accounts according to the local and state statutes and standards. Ms. De Gray administers a $150 million annual operating budget. She and her staff also play a key role in creating and implementing long-range and strategic financial plans for our schools. In addition, Ms. De Gray oversees Transportation, Food Services, Plant Operations, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll, and Purchasing.
