Grading Policy
Assessment strategies include quizzes, tests, projects, presentations, and mandated competencies. Along with observing effort, participation, behavior and conduct.

Participation/effort 10% Competency 2 10%
The following two competencies in Physical Science will be assessed this school year with a project and a final exam.
1. Investigating and demonstrating the effect of force on the motion of an object (a project).
2. Tracing the flow of energy and matter through a variety of systems (final exam).
