GENERAL STUDENT SAFETY CONTRACT

Click on "safety contract" to go to the Flinn website which contains the safety information that you need to know(it may take a minute or two to come up). Flinn is a respected company that sells scientific supplies and is very conscientous about:

•  keeping students safe in the classroom

•  teaching teachers how to keep students safe

You and your parents must sign this contract after we've discussed it in class and you've had a chance to let your parents review it. You will not be allowed to work in a lab setting until the signed copy is returned to me. Your safety is worth the time and effort that it takes to do this.
