Nashua High School South Guidance Services

The Guidance Department has a full array of services that are designed to assist Nashua High School students.  If you have questions about high school courses, the college selection process, personal concerns or general questions, your guidance counselor can help you or point you towards someone who can.  Students are assigned to counselors. 

In addition to traditional guidance services, NHSS has school psychologists who work with students who need support.  The school also has a student assistance program (SAP) that offers both group and individual counseling.  Career counselors are also available. 

All of these counselors work closely with each other and with members of our REACH program (for gifted and talented students), with the ELL department, the SPED department and all other areas of the school to insure a coordinated approach to student services.
