Help Desk
The Technology Department provides users with a Help Desk Application as a resource for requesting computer assistance. This provides you with a consistent method of asking for help, and allows us an efficient method to get you help as quickly as possible. In the event of a major problem (such as an entire school network being down), please contact your building administration who can contact us directly.

Once a request is submitted, district technicians are automatically notified. Based on the urgency of the request and their workload, they will assist you as soon as possible. This method is appropriate for all requests big and small, urgent and non-urgent.
If you cannot enter a request because your computer is completely down, please enter your request from another computer, or ask a school secretary or co-worker to enter it in for you.
