"Where in the World is....."

Welcome to "Where in the World is..."

I used to play the computer game (with my children), "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" and greatly enjoyed the PBS children's game show with the same name. The concept behind game is that you are given clues to find a certain location in the World.
SO, what are we going to do in "Where in the World is...." ?  Each team is assigned a location that they must keep as a secret from other teams.  Mrs. Novak will provide you with information and websites that will help you come up with 'clues' for people to figure out where your location is.  You can come up with as many clues as possible but you must have at least three.  The final clue should be the longitude and latitude of the location.
Once you have written your clues, you will be recording your voices on a computer. We will be turning your audio recording into a podcast.  Finally, your podcast will be published on the Internet for ALL to hear it.
Sounds like fun to me!!  Go to your location listed below and start working on your clues.  Yours, Mrs. Novak
PS: All of the locations I have used are UNESCO World Heritage sites.  Four of the locations below are places that Mrs. Novak has actually visited.  ONE place I am planning on going to this fall and the other two, are places I really want to go to.  Yes, I do love to travel.
