Castles In The United Kingdom! | |

| Mrs. Novak got to
visit her first castle in 1992 when Gretchen and I went to United
Kingdom together. Our first stop on the serious castle looking
tour was Conwy Castle
in North Wales. Even though the castle is a ruin, you definitely
get the feeling of what it might been like to live in a castle.
The cool wind off Conwy Bay was blowing in the day we visited. It
must have been VERY cold living in this castle! On our first part of the trip in Scotland, Mrs. Barry and I will be visiting numerous castles and palaces. I have visited many other castles but Conwy still remains a favorite. Mrs. Barry has never seen Conwy Castle.
