       "Rome wasn't built in a day" or SO the old saying goes.  For the ninth annual Virtual Fieldtrip, we are going to Italy!  While Dr. Novak and I have visited Verona, we have never been to Rome or the southern part of Italy.  Our daughter, Gretchen, is joining us for much of the trip. This should definitely add to the 'fun factor'. 
      IF you have never gone on a Virtual Fieldtrip before, here are some hints:  Take a few minutes and read our biographies and pay careful attention to our itinerary.  One of your 'jobs' will be suggesting places for us to visit.  Please make sure to suggest places that you think would interest us and near a location that we will be at.
