    There are many, many stories from the Brothers Grimm.  One of my favorites is  the Frog King. Let me help you out with the start of the story.  Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess.  She lost her ball and Frog King retrieved the ball......  Yes, some MAGIC happened and then.   See if you can figure out from the pictures what happens to the Frog King.

There are many different versions of the the Frog King.  One book even tells you what happened AFTER the Frog King became a human being again.  This book is the "Frog Prince Continued" by John Scieszka.  It is the story of WHAT really happened when the Princess and Prince "lived happily there after".   Perhaps, you can get the book in your library!  Take a few minutes and look at some of the different versions of the Frog King by clicking on the link below.  To help you keep track of information on a particular version of The Frog King use the Learning Log #2.
