Centigrade:
The temperature scale were 0 degrees in the freezing point and 100 degrees is the boiling point.  Between these two points, the temperature is divided into 100 steps.  This is known as the Celsius scale named after Anders Celsius, a Swedish astronomer who originated the scale in 1742.  
Data Logger:
A computerized device that records data at programmable intervals and stores the data. 
Fahrenheit:
The temperature scale were 32 degrees is freezing of water and 212 degrees is the boiling point of water.  The word Fahrenheit comes from the name of the German scientist Gabriel Daniel Fahrenheit who figured out this scale for measurement of temperature in 1714.
Graph:
A drawing that shows the relationship between changing things.  
Light intensity:
Measured in lumens per square foot.
Lumens:
A unit of measurement of light.  
Probe:
A metal tipped device that can be inserted into something.  The probe sends back information to the data logger.
Relative Humidity:
Relative humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air in relation to the amount of vapor necessary to saturate the air at its current temperature.  Relative humidity is expressed in percentages.  When it is raining, it is 100% relative humidity.  
Temperature:
The degree of heat or coldness.
