| Welcome Colonial Life - Making a Colony. This project is an experiment in making a colony in North
American and WHAT it takes to do it. This project is based
upon the facts surrounding the colonies of Jamestown and Plymouth.
You will be divided into two colonies. One located in Virginia and one located in Massachusetts. The survival of your colony will depend on how well you work together to create a good colony. Remember, you are learning from the past and role playing what it was like from 1607 to 1627. You will have to address many issues concerning creating a hard working colony that can survive in the harsh reality of the wilderness of North America. Will your colony survive?
