November 4 Meeting Notes

Information Request Form - We were informed during the November 2 meeting that requests for information should go through the steering committee. The steering committee will organize the requests so that individuals aren't "hit up" for the same information repeatedly. You may save this form in your documents folder and use it to request information. Please send requests to Sharon Flesher who will forward them to the appropriate person. If you have trouble with this process - see Sharon Flesher in the library or ask Linda Lamb for assistance (she doesn't know that I offered her help - I hope that I am not in trouble).

A professional survey will be going out to NHSS parents, staff, and students. In order to not duplicate that effort and to avoid confronting staff members will a zillion small surveys, we have been asked to send requests for any survey type information to the steering committee as well. If an additional survey is needed, the steering committee put together a more inclusive survey. Please send any questions to Sharon.

Please note that the Graphic Organizers have changed. There was additional information in the Self-Study guide that was added to each indicator. Feel free to save these documents to your document file to make a working copy. If you need help, please ask Sharon or Linda.
