- Choose
slide layout
- For Slide
1: use first layout
- For
Slide 2: your choice (see me if you need help)
- For
Slide 3: use 2nd layout
- For
Slide 4: use 2nd layout
- For
Slide 5: use 2nd layout
- Type
on each slide in the highlighted boxes
- New
slide
- Insert-
new slide
- Choose
layout
- Repeat
for each new slide
- For
pictures
- Use
Internet Explorer
- Right
click on picture and copy
- Return
to PowerPoint and find area to put picture
- Right
click on area and choose paste
- Save
- File-save
as
- Name
your file with “mission….”
- Choose
“desktop” on left side of the window
- Choose
“Short-cut to grades”
- Choose
“Meckel” folder
- Choose
your class period
- Press
“Save”
