How to read a chapter in your text

1. Read the summarized chapter objectives at the start of the chapter

2. Page through the chapter, read all the subtitles and look at all the diagrams.

3. Make yourself think about what the reading will possibly tell you.

4. Read the chapter summary

5. Read over the review questions at the end of the chapter. Think about what the answers might be and how this new material might relate to what you already know.

6. Read the chapter and take notes on the main ideas and important points.

7. Answer the review questions
