The Nashua School District will register incoming kindergartners, starting Thursday, January 26, 2017.
Elementary school principals are looking forward to welcoming their newest students and want to be sure Nashua residents, who have children turning five years of age by September 30, 2017, are aware of the three major steps to the kindergarten registration process:
- Registration Packet Download or Pick-up
- Completed Registration Packet with Required Documentation Drop-off
Starting no later than Wednesday, January 4, 2017, parents can download registration forms linked above. As an alternative, parents may pick up registration forms at their neighborhood elementary school from between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm each school day, Monday through Friday.
Completed Registration Packet Drop-Off
Starting Thursday, January 26, 2017, parents may drop off completed registration packets in the main office of the neighborhood elementary school. (Snow date: Tuesday, January 31, 2017)

Each registration form should be complete with required documentation:
- Completed Registration Packet Forms
- Immunization Record
- Original Birth Certificate with raised seal
- Age requirement: child must be five (5) years old by September 30
- Proof of Residency
two different utility bills or
current lease agreement and/or mortgage agreement
- Copy of most recent, medical exam within the enrollment year
- Legal paperwork, if applicable
If child is living with a host (someone other than child’s parent or guardian), the host must be present at the time of registration and provide a notarized host residency form and a photo identification in addition to the documentation listed above. A host residency form may be picked up at the neighborhood elementary school.
