Partners in Education

Thinking of volunteering?
Partners in Education encourages the community to become involved in our schools. Partners in Education offers you the opportunity to impact the quality of our students’ education by sharing your time, expertise, and energy.
Having approximately 4,000 volunteers in our schools annually is impressive, but the needs are great. You do not need to have a teaching degree, previous training or experience, nor do you need to be a parent. You do need to like children and be a kind and responsible person. Whether mentoring, tutoring, providing clerical support, or cutting out construction paper shapes for an elementary math lesson, your service is greatly valued!
In keeping with the spirit of the School Volunteer Program, local businesses and organizations are involved as a school partner, focusing on helping to provide activities that support what our students are learning in school. At the same time, on a more broad scale, each partnership also serves to foster a sense of shared community that ultimately benefits us all.
Please join us! To volunteer or to partner, contact Stacy Hynes, Director, Grants and Community Development for the Nashua School District, at
hyness@nashua.edu. We look forward to hearing from you!School Partners
