Welcome to the Nashua School District web site!

Whether a new arrival to Nashua or born and raised in the City, we invite you to peruse our site to learn more about our outstanding schools and schoolchildren. We proudly serve more than 90,000 Nashua residents and are educating nearly 13,000 students.

The Nashua School District, located in southern New Hampshire, bordering northeastern Massachusetts, is a rich, diverse, and urban District with a reputation of educational excellence.

During the 2007-2008, I am happy to report the students in the Nashua School District recorded important success in many areas, from the high school state championships in cross country and swimming, to achieving proficient or above in reading, writing, and mathematics state-wide testing, to a record number students enrolled in advanced placement classes.  In addition, more students at Nashua High School North and Nashua High School South are pursuing post-secondary education than ever before.

We are proud of our students’ progress, and we anticipate allocating resources to identified student needs, and provide support and personalization to make every student successful in reaching high academic standards.
