social, emotional, and cultural competencies. First, youth are
proficient in basic educational disciplines and have the
capacity to utilize technology. They are motivated to pursue

Our challenge at the
Boys
and Girls Club of Greater Nashua is to engage youth activities
that are fun and enjoyable while supporting development of
capacities described above. This is accomplished through Club
programs in multiple areas and disciplines and in discussions
between staff and club members.
The Club cannot achieve without caring,
capable staff that forge relationships with young people and
influence their ability to succeed in life. In order to achieve
this success, the Club offers a variety of programming in the
following 5 Program Areas: Character & Leadership Development,
Education & Career Development, the Arts, Health & Life skills,
and Sports, fitness, & Recreation.
