In this unit students are reading Romeo & Juliet.  Students are also engaged in such activities as acting and video taping the famous balcony scene from that play.  Students are using technology to research and write about historical facts associated with Shakespeare.

Students conclude their Shakespeare experience with a hands on activity that requires all students to recreate Shakespeare's famous Globe Theater. Using only the materials provided by the teachers and the information they have learned in class students create their rendition of the Globe Theater.
