Education, according to the Greeks, meant the development of the
entire human being and could not be divided into physical and
mental education, because the mind cannot exist without the
body, and the
body has no meaning without the mind.
Physical
Education is a vital component of the ALT schedule. Bill Nelson
uses non-traditional and traditional activities to appeal to the
various interest and athletic abilities of our students.
Especially with high energy youngsters, P.E. provides them with
the opportunity to release that excess energy, helping them
focus more in the classroom.

Body image and
good health are important aspects of a young man or woman's growth and
development. Ultimately, we want students to feel good about themselves and
incorporate exercise as a regular activity in their daily lives.

find something to hold on to, something to motivate you, something to
inspire you."
