Helping Youth on the Path to Successful Futures

"The Pathway Program of Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., will address the need of at-risk/court involved youth age 16-21, in the Nashua area.  The Pathways Program will identify the needs and strengths of these youth and guide them towards reaching their full potential."   

"The Pathway Program work collaboratively with various services provides in the Nashua area to address the needs of the youth in the community and assist them in succeeding and reaching set goals for their future."
