After-School Credit Recovery

Credit Recovery is available to help students who failed first semester courses make-up that credit right away.  This program is open to all students who passed at least one quarter of the class but failed the semester. Each course has a fee and has a strict attendance requirement.

·          *Each course will meet for 45 hours (3 hours a week for 15 weeks)

·          *If you miss more than 3 classes, a failing grade will be issued

·          *Each tardy to class of more than 10 minutes counts as 1/2 an absence. 

·          *If you are not in class, you are absent. 

·          *Each course costs $150. 

Benefits

§         *You will be immediately able to re-take a course while the information is still fresh in your mind.

§         *You will be able to “catch up” quickly to your graduating class.

§         *You will not need to miss part of your summer break to take these classes so you will still be able to go on vacation or to work.

§         *You will still be able to use your evenings to do homework or to work at a part-time job.

§         *You will be able to take classes on-site and will not need to return to school in the evening or over the summer to earn credits.
