Human Resources is a Nashua Board of Education standing committee of three members and one alternate and meets at least once a month. The HR Committee's role is the oversight and policies of all personnel related matters as outlined in

In general, the HR Committee is focused on the hiring of employees and their professional development. The general governing policies in this area can be found in the
Section G of the Board Policies.
